Teapsy On Clouds
The boba that keeps Mountain House coming back
About Teapsy On Clouds
What started as a single booth at the Mountain House Farmers Market has become one of the most recognizable brands in the community. Teapsy On Clouds didn't set out to become an institution — it happened one perfectly crafted boba drink at a time.
The secret starts with the tea itself. While most boba shops use pre-mixed powders, Teapsy sources premium loose-leaf teas — jasmine green from Fujian, high-mountain oolong from Taiwan, Assam black from India — and brews them fresh. House-made syrups — brown sugar cooked to a deep caramel, vanilla bean infused in small batches — add layers of flavor that commercial syrups can't replicate.
Every Sunday morning at the Mountain House Farmers Market, the Teapsy booth draws one of the longest lines. Parents sip oolong lattes while kids pick out fruit teas. The brand has become synonymous with the Mountain House Farmers Market experience itself.
